We are looking for an experienced Payroll Architect / Payroll Expert with strong expertise across Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR to support HR transformation and payroll solutions.

Job Description:

Payroll Expert with Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect payroll solutions aligned with business and HR requirements.
• Provide functional expertise across Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR.
• Analyze payroll processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with HR, business, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Support payroll integrations, testing, implementation, and issue resolution.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with relevant Saudi Arabia regulations and statutory requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in Payroll Architecture / Payroll Consulting.
• Hands-on expertise in Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP payroll solutions and integrations.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and Saudi payroll requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite
