Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting the company’s pastry ingredients and equipment to commercial clients. Daily tasks include visiting customers, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, negotiating pricing and terms, preparing and following up on quotations, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery coordination. The role involves closely monitoring market trends and competitors, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and improve service quality. The Sales Executive will also maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts and represent Spears ME professionally at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within foodservice, bakery, pastry, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and business development.
• Ability to understand and present technical product information related to food ingredients and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including territory planning and reporting.
• Comfort using CRM systems and basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Riyadh and other regions as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
• Knowledge of the KSA market and local regulations related to food products is a plus.
