المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم العمليات المحاسبية اليومية بما في ذلك تسجيل المعاملات المالية وصيانة دفاتر الأستاذ العامة.
  • المساعدة في شؤون الحسابات الدائنة والحسابات المدينة.
  • تسوية كشوف الحسابات البنكية وإعداد التقارير المالية الأساسية.
  • المساهمة في أنشطة الإغلاق الشهري والسنوي.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role based in Jubail. The Junior Accountant will support daily accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, preparing basic financial reports, and helping with month-end and year-end closing activities. The role will also involve organizing documentation for audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and coordinating with other departments to provide accurate financial information.
Qualifications
  • Ability to handle core accounting tasks such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and transaction recording.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel for spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis.
