Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from order handover through final delivery and project closure.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality requirements, and profitability targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, EPC contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and documentation functions.
• Manage project changes, contract variations, customer requests, and claims while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, contractual obligations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Prepare and present project status reports, forecasts, and performance updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to a positive customer experience throughout project execution.
  
  

Expectations for you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or another relevant technical field.
• Minimum five years of experience in project management, preferably within industrial equipment, manufacturing, process industries, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global business environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, structured, and accountable working style with strong organizational capabilities.
• Business-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and value creation.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
