Job summery The position will be based in KSA, which will serve as the primary warehouse and manufacturing operation, with responsibility for supporting and coordinating warehouse operations in other countries

Position Purpose

The Regional Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for managing, controlling, and continuously improving all warehouse operations across the company's KSA and international locations.

KSA will be the primary operational hub due to the company's manufacturing/factory activities.

The role will therefore have a strong focus on ensuring the efficient flow of raw materials, fragrance materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, returns, and other inventory between suppliers, warehouses, production, and customers.

The position will ensure that warehouses operate safely, efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company procedures and applicable local regulatory requirements.

The manager will establish standardized warehouse processes across all locations while allowing for country-specific regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish standardized warehouse operating procedures across KSA and international locations.

• Manage receiving, unloading, inspection, storage, picking, packing, staging, dispatch, transfers, and returns for finish goods, Ecommerce & raw materials warehouses

• Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space, racking, storage areas, equipment, and manpower.

• Develop appropriate warehouse layouts and material-flow processes.

• Establish clear segregation and storage requirements for different categories of materials.

• Ensure warehouse operations support production requirements without unnecessary delays.

• Monitor warehouse capacity and proactively plan for future growth.

• Ensure warehouses are clean, organized, secure, and maintained to the required operational standards.

• Coordinate with QA/QC regarding material status, quarantine, release, rejection, and disposal.

• Maintain full traceability of raw materials from receipt through production issuance.

• Control batch/lot numbers and expiry or retest dates where applicable.

• Implement FIFO/FEFO principles where appropriate.

• Ensure damaged, expired, rejected, or non-conforming materials are properly identified and segregated.

• Maintain high inventory accuracy across all warehouses.

• Establish and manage cycle-counting programs.

• Work with Finance to ensure physical inventory aligns with financial records.

• Develop corrective and preventive actions for recurring inventory discrepancies.

• Work with IT and Supply Chain teams to improve warehouse systems and reporting.

• Develop appropriate warehouse dashboards and operational reports.

• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company HSE policies.

• Establish safe procedures for receiving, storing, handling, and dispatching materials.

• Ensure appropriate handling and storage of chemicals and hazardous materials where applicable.

• Ensure employees are trained in safe material handling and emergency procedures.

• Conduct regular warehouse safety inspections.

• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop warehouse personnel.

• Define responsibilities for warehouse supervisors, coordinators, operators, and other staff.

• Build a culture of accountability, accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional certifications such as APICS/ASCM, CIPS, CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 8-10 years of warehouse operation

• At least 5 years in a warehouse management or senior warehouse operations position.

• Experience managing manufacturing warehouses is highly preferred.

• Experience managing multiple warehouses or regional operations is highly preferred.

• Experience in cosmetics, fragrance, chemicals, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or similar regulated manufacturing industries is strongly preferred.

• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia/KSA is highly preferred.

• International warehouse or multi-country experience is an advantage.
