Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is open to *Saudi nationals only* and is suitable for a fresh graduate or a candidate with up to one year of experience in civil engineering or construction-related work.

The Civil Engineer will support the planning, design, coordination, and execution of civil works on major construction projects, including site development, utilities, roadways, and stormwater systems. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with the preparation and review of engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation, coordinating with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams, and supporting compliance with local codes, project specifications, and company standards.

The role will also involve conducting site visits and inspections, monitoring construction progress, identifying technical issues, and assisting in providing practical recommendations to maintain quality, safety, and schedule requirements. The Civil Engineer will contribute to project documentation, technical reports, and continuous improvement initiatives related to design and construction processes.

Qualifications

- Saudi nationals only.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.

- Suitable for a fresh graduate or candidates with **up to one year of relevant experience** in civil engineering, construction, infrastructure, or site works.

- Basic knowledge of civil engineering design principles and the ability to apply engineering concepts to construction projects.

- Exposure to or basic understanding of planning activities, including site layout, construction phasing, and coordination of civil works within project schedules.

- Basic knowledge of stormwater management, drainage systems, utilities, roadworks, and site development is preferred.

- Familiarity with relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering tools is an advantage.

- Understanding of engineering standards, specifications, and local building codes is preferred.

- Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred but not required.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Good attention to detail with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.

- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project needs in a fast-paced environment.
