This is a full-time on-site role for a Drilling Rig Foreman located in Dammam. The Drilling Rig Foreman will oversee and manage daily operations of the drilling rig to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include supervising the drilling team, coordinating the maintenance of heavy equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and resolving any operational challenges on-site. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with key stakeholders and reporting progress to management.

• Proven supervisory and leadership skills to manage and guide a drilling team effectively
• Experience working with heavy equipment and overseeing its safe operation and maintenance
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and report effectively
• Knowledge of carpentry and maintenance related to drilling rig operations
• Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to implement compliance measures
• Relevant technical training or certification in drilling operations is preferred
• Previous experience in the oil and gas or energy sectors is a strong asset
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
