Role Description The Trackworks Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for overseeing trackworks-related projects from planning through execution and completion. The role includes coordinating project schedules, managing resources and contractors, and monitoring progress to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The Trackworks Project Manager will work closely with engineering, logistics, inspection, and expediting teams to align materials, approvals, and site activities with project milestones. Daily responsibilities involve reviewing technical documentation, preparing status reports, overseeing inspections, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role also includes risk management, compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and contribution to continuous improvement of project processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and oversight of technical or construction-related projects.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation needed for trackworks activities.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to supervise and verify that work, materials, and installations meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transport, storage, and flow of materials and resources across project sites.
• Relevant experience in rail, trackworks, construction, or infrastructure projects is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in project reporting tools.
• Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
