نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مدير عمليات ديناميكي وذو خبرة لقيادة عملياتنا في المملكة العربية السعودية. المرشح يجب أن يكون سعودي الجنسية ويمتلك خبرة في إدارة علاقات العملاء وإدارة العمليات. يشمل الدور دفع نمو الأعمال، وإدارة العقود الحالية، والحفاظ على مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العمليات: ضمان تسليم المشاريع وفقاً لمعايير DNV، وسياساتها، وإجراءاتها، والتشريعات السعودية ذات الصلة.
- التعاون مع قادة قطاعات الخدمات العالمية والإقليمية في DNV لتقديم عرض خدمة متكامل.
- تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر التشغيلية.
- قيادة وتوجيه فريق من المحترفين، وتعزيز بيئة عمل إيجابية ومنتجة، وتقديم الدعم لتحقيق أهداف الفريق.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير منتظمة عن أداء الأعمال، ورضا العملاء، واتجاهات السوق إلى الإدارة العليا.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء: بناء والحفاظ على علاقات فعالة مع العملاء الرئيسيين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- التحقق من تلبية متطلبات العملاء وحل أي مشكلات أو مخاوف بشكل فوري.
- عقد اجتماعات مهمة مع العملاء لضمان الاتفاق على توقعات المشروع والتسليمات.
- إدارة العقود: الإشراف على إدارة العقود الحالية، وضمان الامتثال للشروط والأحكام، والتفاوض على التجديدات والتعديلات حسب الحاجة.
- تحليل السوق: إجراء أبحاث سوقية للبقاء على اطلاع على اتجاهات الصناعة، وأنشطة المنافسين، وفرص الأعمال المحتملة، وترجمة المعلومات إلى رؤى وتوصيات للإدارة العليا.
- الإدارة المالية والمسؤولية عن P&L: تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن أداء وحدة الأعمال من حيث الربح والخسارة، وضمان تحقيق أهداف الإيرادات والربحية والنمو.
- مراجعة وتحليل القوائم المالية الشهرية، بما في ذلك تقارير P&L والميزانيات العمومية وتدفقات الإيرادات وهياكل التكاليف والمصروفات التشغيلية.
- مراقبة الأداء المالي مقابل الميزانيات والتوقعات، وتحديد الفروق وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الضرورة.
- إعداد الميزانيات السنوية والتوقعات المالية بالتعاون مع فرق الإدارة الإقليمية والعالمية.
- دفع كفاءة العمليات وتحسين التكاليف مع الحفاظ على جودة الخدمة ورضا العملاء.
- ضمان الانضباط المالي عبر المشاريع والعقود والأنشطة التشغيلية لتعظيم الربحية والتدفق النقدي.
- تقديم رؤى مالية وتحليلات أداء الأعمال وتوصيات استراتيجية للإدارة العليا لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
- الإشراف على الأداء المالي للعقود، بما في ذلك استراتيجيات التسعير والهوامش والفواتير وأنشطة التحصيل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في أحد التخصصات الهندسية ذات الصلة، مثل الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو المدنية أو الكيميائية.
- عدة سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة العمليات، وإدارة العقود، وتطوير الأعمال، وإدارة علاقات العملاء داخل صناعة TIC في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قدرات قيادية قوية وإدارة فرق.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- قدرة مثبتة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء حتى مستوى C-suite.
- تفكير استراتيجي وخبرة في حل المشكلات.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance to DNV standards, policies, procedures, and relevant Saudi legislation.
- Collaborate with DNV global and regional Service Line leaders to deliver an integrated service offering.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to ensure team members achieve their goals.
- Generate and deliver regular reports on business performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends to senior management.
- Establish and sustain effective relationships with primary customers and stakeholders.
- Verify customer requirements are fulfilled and promptly resolve any problems or concerns.
- Conduct important client meetings to ensure agreement on project expectations and deliverables.
- Oversee the management of existing contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Negotiate contract renewals and amendments as necessary.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Translate information into knowledgeable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Assume full responsibility for the business unit Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Review, analyze, and interpret monthly financial statements, including P&L reports, balance sheets, revenue streams, cost structures, and operational expenses.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with regional and global management teams.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure financial discipline across projects, contracts, and operational activities to maximize profitability and cash flow.
- Provide financial insights, business performance analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
- Oversee contract financial performance, including pricing strategies, margins, invoicing, and collection activities.
About you
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Process Engineering.
- Several years of experience in operations management, contracts management, business development, customer relationship management within the TIC industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust customer relationships up to C suite level.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages
