Senior Site Project Engineer - Steel Structures & Façade Works

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Project Engineer to lead the daily execution of steel structure and façade installation works. This role requires a strong on-site presence, hands-on supervision, and the ability to independently manage teams, resolve technical issues, and achieve installation targets safely and to the required quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily site activities for steel structure erection and façade installation.
• Plan installation sequences, manpower, equipment, lifting operations, and material requirements.
• Supervise engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and installation crews.
• Ensure execution complies with approved shop drawings, method statements, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Monitor steel alignment, connections, welding, bolting, anchors, and façade fixing works.
• Identify drawing discrepancies and site constraints, coordinate approved solutions, and prevent delays.
• Coordinate with the main contractor, consultant, factory, and design team to maintain work progress.
• Manage inspection requests, consultant comments, corrective actions, and snag closure.
• Track productivity and quantities, prepare daily progress reports and look-ahead plans, and implement recovery actions when required.
• Manage site completion and handover within the agreed programme.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Site Engineer, with proven experience in steel structure erection and façade installation.
• Strong ability to interpret structural drawings, erection drawings, and façade fixing details.
• Practical experience in lifting operations, installation sequencing, quality control, and site safety.
• Ability to independently lead site teams and coordinate effectively with contractors and consultants.
• Saudi project experience preferred.
• Currently available in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
• Available to join immediately in Riyadh.
