Role Description:-

The Autocad Drafter - HVAC, PLF & Electrical is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for preparing detailed AutoCAD drawings and layouts for HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and electrical systems in coordination with project engineers.

Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating shop drawings, coordinating services with architectural and structural plans & material takeoff. Collaboration with site teams and other disciplines is essential to resolve drawing discrepancies and support smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and general Drawing for MEP systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in preparing and revising Shop Drawings for HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and electrical services.
• Candidates should possess skills in interpreting and producing Architectural Drawings and coordinating them with MEP layouts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant drafting software for MEP design and coordination.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years and maximum 8 years experience in MEP drafting for commercial, residential, or industrial projects, preferably in GCC markets.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to read and interpret technical documents, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple drawing tasks within deadlines.

We need 1 drafter in each trade (HVAC, PLF & ELECTRICAL)
