سلة، المنصة الرائدة للتجارة الإلكترونية في السعودية، تبحث عن كاتب تجربة مستخدم (UX Writer) للانضمام إلى فريقها في مكة المكرمة عبر برنامج تمهير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- كتابة نصوص واجهة المستخدم بشكل واضح وموجز ومتسق عبر الأزرار والنماذج ورسائل الخطأ والتلميحات والإشعارات وتدفقات الإعداد.
- إنشاء محتوى بتنسيقات متنوعة، بدءًا من النصوص القصيرة والإرشادات داخل المنتج إلى محتوى المنتج الطويل ورسائل البريد الإلكتروني.
- التعاون مع مديري المنتجات لإنشاء محتوى يدعم احتياجات المستخدمين وأهداف العمل.
- العمل عن كثب مع مصممي المنتجات في Figma لضمان تكامل المحتوى والتصميم كتجربة واحدة.
- الحفاظ على صوت العلامة التجارية ونبرتها بشكل متسق عبر نقاط الاتصال بالمنتج.
- تكييف المحتوى ليناسب احتياجات المستخدمين وسياقاتهم وشرائحهم المختلفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في اللغة العربية، اللغة الإنجليزية، اللغويات، الترجمة، الاتصال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية في الكتابة من خلال التدريب الداخلي، التدريب التعاوني، العمل الحر، المشاريع الجامعية، أو ما شابه ذلك.
- مهارات قوية في الكتابة والتحرير باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- القدرة على تبسيط الأفكار المعقدة إلى محتوى واضح وموجز وسهل الاستخدام.
- اهتمام قوي بقواعد اللغة والنبرة والاتساق والتفاصيل.
- الإلمام بـ Figma أو أدوات التصميم التعاونية المماثلة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية والانفتاح على التغذية الراجعة.
- يفضل تقديم ملف أعمال أو نماذج كتابية ذات صلة.
- يجب أن يكون المتقدم مؤهلاً لبرنامج تمهير وألا يكون مسجلاً في التأمينات الاجتماعية خلال الأشهر الستة الماضية.

Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise, and consistent UI copy across buttons, forms, error messages, tooltips, notifications, and onboarding flows
- Create content across different formats, from microcopy and in-product guidance to longer-form product content and emails
- Partner with Product Managers to create content that supports both user needs and business goals
- Work closely with Product Designers in Figma to make sure content and design work together as one experience
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across product touchpoints
- Adapt content to different user needs, contexts, and audience segments
- Bachelor's degree in Arabic, English, Linguistics, Translation, Communication, or a related field
- Practical writing experience through internships, cooperative training, freelance work, university projects, or similar
- Strong Arabic and English writing and editing skills
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, concise, user-friendly content
- Strong attention to grammar, tone, consistency, and detail
- Familiarity with Figma or similar collaborative design tools
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
- A portfolio or relevant writing samples are preferred
