Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Supervisor oversees daily operations within assigned outlets, ensuring service standards, food quality, and guest satisfaction are consistently met. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, guiding and coaching team members, and monitoring compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations. The role involves coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams, addressing guest feedback, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner. The Supervisor also supports inventory control, reporting, and implementation of company initiatives to improve efficiency and the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality supervision or restaurant floor management, preferably in premium or fine-dining environments.
• Strong leadership skills, including team coordination, performance coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Solid understanding of front-of-house operations, guest service standards, and basic food and beverage service principles.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations relevant to hospitality and dining operations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
• Proficiency in basic administrative tasks such as shift reporting, documentation, and use of point-of-sale systems.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
