Role Description The Content Creator will develop engaging digital and offline content that communicates HDC’s brand, projects, and experiences to diverse audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and producing content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns; writing copy and captions; collaborating with designers and marketing teams; and adapting stories to fit different formats and channels. The role also involves conducting research on cultural, historical, and tourism-related topics, capturing on-site content when needed, and monitoring content performance to suggest improvements. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, with a mix of on-site work in project locations and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in content creation and copywriting, including the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for digital platforms.
• Experience with social media content production and basic understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement.
• Ability to research cultural, historical, and tourism-related topics and translate findings into accessible, appealing content.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English written communication, with attention to tone, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity.
• Basic familiarity with content planning tools and collaboration platforms; comfort working in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and openness to on-site work in historic and tourism destinations.
• Interest in placemaking, cultural heritage, tourism experiences, and storytelling related to real estate and destination development.
