تعلن منظمة International School of Leadership (HYV) غير الربحية عن توفر وظيفة "مدير قطري (Country Director)" للعمل عن بُعد، ومقرها الرئيسي في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للإشراف على استراتيجية المنظمة وعملياتها في باكستان، مع التركيز على تمكين الشباب وبناء السلام والتوعية الاجتماعية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ الخطط القطرية التي تتماشى مع رسالة المنظمة وأهدافها الاستراتيجية.
- الإشراف على تنسيق المشاريع الموجهة للشباب وضمان فعالية التنفيذ والمتابعة والتقارير.
- إدارة الشراكات مع منظمات المجتمع المحلي والمانحين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- تمثيل المنظمة في المحافل الوطنية والدولية والدفاع عن قضايا الشباب.
- الإشراف على الموظفين والمتطوعين وتوزيع المهام وضمان الالتزام بالسياسات.
- إدارة الميزانيات والموارد المالية وتوجيه جهود جمع التبرعات والمنح.
- تعزيز المشاركة الشبابية الشاملة وضمان قنوات تواصل فعّالة مع جميع الأطراف.
- القيادة المستمرة لتطوير برامج المنظمة وزيادة نطاق انتشارها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم الاجتماعية أو دراسات التنمية أو الإدارة العامة أو التعليم أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة متقدمة).
- خبرة مثبتة في مجال التنمية المجتمعية أو تمكين الشباب أو بناء السلام أو حملات التوعية الاجتماعية، ويفضل داخل باكستان أو سياقات مشابهة.
- خبرة في جمع التبرعات وكتابة المنح وإدارة علاقات المانحين (ميزة قوية).
- الالتزام بمبادئ المساواة بين الجنسين والتنوع والشمولية ومشاركة الشباب، بما يتوافق مع رسالة المنظمة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية وإدارية مثبتة، تشمل الإشراف على الفرق والتخطيط الاستراتيجي واتخاذ القرارات في المنظمات غير الربحية أو الشبابية.
- قدرات قوية في إدارة البرامج والمشاريع، بما في ذلك التخطيط والتنفيذ والمتابعة والتقييم وإعداد التقارير لمبادرات متعددة الأطراف.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين، تشمل إشراك أصحاب المصلحة وبناء الشراكات والدعوة والتحدث أمام الجمهور.
- كفاءة في استخدام أدوات العمل عن بُعد والأنظمة التنظيمية ومنصات التعاون الرقمي، مع قدرة قوية على إدارة الوقت والتنظيم الذاتي.

Company Description International School of Leadership is a non-profit youth organization in Pakistan focused on capacity building, youth empowerment, peace promotion, and social awareness. Role Description The Country Director is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing HYV’s strategic direction, operations, and program implementation across Pakistan. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder engagement, partnership building, advocacy, and public speaking.
- Experience with community development, youth empowerment, peacebuilding, or social awareness campaigns, preferably within Pakistan or similar contexts.
- Competence in remote work tools, organizational systems, and digital collaboration platforms, with strong time-management and self-organization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development studies, public administration, education, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset.
- Proven fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations experience is highly desirable.
- Commitment to gender equality, diversity, inclusion, and youth participation, with a values-based approach aligned to HYV’s mission.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in local languages such as Urdu or regional languages considered a strong advantage.
