We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor cum Electrical Technician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supervising daily site activities while also carrying out and overseeing electrical installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and related technical works.

The successful candidate will work closely with project management, engineers, contractors, technicians, suppliers, and other site teams to ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and quality standards.

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and electrical works.
• Coordinate and manage technicians, subcontractors, and site manpower.
• Carry out electrical installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair works.
• Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, schematics, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other site teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure assigned activities are completed within the required timelines.
• Ensure electrical works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical and technical issues at site.
• Inspect completed electrical works and ensure proper installation and functionality.
• Monitor electrical tools, equipment, materials, and site requirements.
• Coordinate material requirements with the relevant project and logistics teams.
• Maintain proper site documentation and provide regular progress updates.
• Report technical issues, delays, material requirements, and site concerns to management.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the project site.
• Support project teams during testing, commissioning, handover, and rectification activities.
• Ensure effective coordination between site execution and project management teams.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in electrical works and site supervision.
• Strong practical knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Previous experience supervising technicians or electrical site teams.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts.
• Good knowledge of electrical tools, equipment, materials, and installation practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple site activities and manage priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a project team.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Arabic communication skills will be an advantage.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, SPA, wellness, swimming pool, MEP, construction, hotel projects, or premium installations will be an added advantage.
