Your Mission:

• ✓ Lead the accounting function across our growing group (real estate, hospitality, homes, tech)
• ✓ Ensure accurate, timely reporting and cash flow forecasting
• ✓ Navigate audits, compliance, and smart cost controls with confidence
• ✓ Implement smart processes, smart systems, and smarter decisions
• ✓ Be a partner - not a back-office manager. Work directly with leadership. Speak up. Be heard.

You Bring:

• ✓ 8+ years in accounting, with a proven track record in the KSA market
• ✓ Strong grip on financial controls, Zakat/VAT, and regulatory compliance
• ✓ Experience with group-level structures and multi-entity reporting
• ✓ A mindset that’s detail-driven, solutions-focused, and ready to grow
• ✓ A calm, confident presence - someone who owns their role
