Job Purpose

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer to support and enhance our infrastructure, automation, and deployment practices as we scale. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who can design and implement reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure while driving automation and continuous improvement across our systems and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure across hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Ansible, Pulumi, Terraform, or similar technologies.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across multiple teams and services.
• Manage and optimize containerized environments using Kubernetes and related technologies.
• Implement best practices in observability, monitoring, incident management, disaster recovery, and infrastructure performance.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt tools and technologies that improve reliability, automation, scalability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with security, engineering, and project teams to ensure secure and reliable infrastructure and application delivery.
• Monitor and optimize DevOps and infrastructure costs.
• Ensure infrastructure follows relevant security, compliance, and industry best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, platform engineering, or related roles.
• Proven experience delivering DevOps solutions within a SaaS or project-driven environment.
• Advanced experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, Pulumi, Terraform, or similar.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience designing highly available, scalable, and reliable systems.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Strong understanding of networking and infrastructure security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical teams.
