شركة سيجو (SIGO) للعمليات الخضراء المتكاملة، المتخصصة في إدارة الأعمال الزراعية والغذائية في المملكة العربية السعودية، تعلن عن حاجتها لمهندس زراعي للعمل بدوام كامل في موقع الشركة بالرياض، للمساهمة في العمليات الزراعية المستدامة ومشاريع تنسيق الحدائق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتحسين أنظمة الري في المشاريع الزراعية ومشاريع تنسيق الحدائق.
- تنفيذ استراتيجيات مكافحة الآفات باستخدام أساليب الإدارة المتكاملة والحلول المسؤولة بيئياً.
- تقديم المساعدة الفنية للفرق الميدانية والشركاء لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بكفاءة.
- التخطيط ومراقبة عمليات الإنتاج الزراعي بما يتوافق مع معايير الجودة والسلامة والبيئة.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتحسين الإنتاجية وترشيد استخدام الموارد.
- دعم تطوير المساحات الخضراء للمشاريع التجارية ومشاريع الضيافة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الزراعية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة في المشاريع الزراعية الميدانية، ويفضل في المناخات الجافة أو شبه الجافة.
- القدرة على تفسير البيانات الفنية واستخدام أدوات الهندسة الزراعية وإعداد تقارير دقيقة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والاستدامة البيئية والتحسين المستمر.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة متقدمة في الهندسة الزراعية تشمل علوم المحاصيل التطبيقية والممارسات الزراعية المستدامة.
- خبرة في تصميم أنظمة الري وتحسينها وإدارة الموارد المائية.
- كفاءة في مكافحة الآفات باستخدام أساليب الإدارة المتكاملة والحلول الصديقة للبيئة.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
