This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Riyadh. The role involves contributing to the company’s business growth by fostering long-term partnerships with clients and offering tailored technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management, client communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in account management, client servicing, and business development.
• Understanding of IT services and solutions such as web development, mobile application design, cloud computing, and information security.
• Proficiency in project coordination, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
• Experience working in the technology or IT industry is a plus.
