About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Architect to support the technical coordination and execution of architectural works on-site. The role will work closely with the design and project teams to ensure that drawings, technical requirements, and design intent are accurately translated into site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural and technical drawings and ensure proper implementation on-site.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure site execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
• Support RFIs, technical clarifications, and design updates.
• Identify and resolve design coordination issues affecting site execution.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on technical requirements and design compliance.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and communication with project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• 5-6 years of experience in architectural/technical design and site coordination.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with site, engineering, and project teams.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.
