تعلن شركة Gulf Drilling International عن توفر وظيفة قائد بارجة رفع (Lift Boat Captain) للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية على بارجة Al Safliya، ويشترط إمكانية الحصول على موافقة أرامكو السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التحكم في عمليات البارجة بما يتوافق مع القوانين البحرية الدولية والمحلية لضمان سلامة الطاقم والبارجة وحماية البيئة.
- ضمان الإرساء الآمن، الملاحة، المناورة، وتحديد موقع البارجة عند الانتقال بين المواقع البحرية/المينائية وفقاً للمعايير البحرية وسياسات الشركة.
- الحفاظ على السلامة المانعة لتسرب المياه للبارجة في جميع الأوقات.
- الإشراف المباشر على جميع تحركات البارجة وعمليات الرفع (jacking) لضمان الحفاظ على معايير الاستقرار.
- مراقبة جميع العمليات التي قد تؤثر على صلاحية البارجة للإبحار وضمان توافقها مع إجراءات الشركة واللوائح البحرية.
- التأكد من تأمين المواد والمعدات بشكل مناسب لجميع الظروف البحرية والجوية.
- ضمان إجراء عمليات المروحيات بأمان.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحصول على مؤهل STCW-2010 II/2.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين كقائد (Master) على بارجة رفع ذاتية الدفع (self-propelled Jack up Barge).
- درجة علمية من أكاديمية أو جامعة بحرية معترف بها.
- رخصة قبطان (Master License) STCW95 II/2 سارية لمدة 5 سنوات - غير محدودة.
- تصديق دولة علم البارجة على الرخصة (شهادة معادلة - COE).
- شهادة تدريب السلامة الأساسية (Basic Safety Training) STCW سارية.
- شهادة كفاءة في قوارب الإنقاذ ووسائل النجاة (Proficiency in Rescue Boat and Survival Craft) A-VI/2-1 - STCW Code.
- شهادة مكافحة حريق متقدمة (Advance Fire Fighting) A-VI/3 - STCW Code.
- شهادة رعاية طبية (Medical Care) A-VI/4-2 - STCW Code.
- شهادة GMDSS A-IV/2 - STCW Code + تصديق دولة علم البارجة.
- شهادة ARPA A-II/1 - STCW Code (غير قابلة للتجديد).
- شهادة كفاءة في الأمن أو ضابط أمن السفينة (Proficiency in Security or SSO) - STCW Code.
- شهادة اللياقة الطبية للبحارة (Seafarer Medical Fitness Certificate) - STCW Code.

Minimum Qualifications
- Degree from a recognized Maritime Academy or University.
- Master License STCW95 II/2- Valid 5 years- Unlimited
- Vessel Flag state endorsement of Licence C.O.E (Certificate of Equivalence)
- Valid basic safety training STCW
- Valid proficiency in Rescue Boat and Survival Craft A-VI/2-1 - STCW Code
- Valid Advance Fire Fighting A-VI/3 - STCW Code-
- Valid Medical care A-VI/4-2 - STCW Code -
- Valid GMDSS A-IV/2 - STCW Code- + Endorsement of vessel flag state-
- ARPA A-II/1 - STCW Code- No renewal-
- Valid Proficiency in security or SSO- STCW Code-
- Valid Seafarer Medical fitness certificate -STCW code-
- Control the vessel operations in compliance with international and local maritime laws and regulations in order ensure the safety and security of the crew and vessel and protection of the Environment.
- Ensures the safe undocking, navigation, manoeuvring approach and positioning of the vessels from one offshore/port location to another in compliance with maritime standards and company policies.
- Ensure the watertight integrity of the vessels is maintained at all times.
- Directly supervises all vessel moves and jacking operations to ensure that all vessel stability criteria are maintained.
- Monitors all operations potentially impacting seaworthiness of the vessel- ensures all operations are in accordance with Company procedures and maritime regulations.
- Ensure the watertight integrity of the vessel is maintained at all times.
- Ensures materials and equipment are properly secured for all sea and weather conditions.
- Ensures safe helicopter operations are conducted.
