Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Commission Sales Associate at Fekir Tech | فكر تك. The Commission Sales Associate will identify and qualify prospective clients, present Fekir Tech’s services and solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Daily activities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and online channels; scheduling and leading virtual meetings; preparing tailored proposals; and maintaining accurate records in sales tools or CRM systems. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand offerings, following up consistently with leads, and meeting or exceeding agreed-upon sales and revenue targets. The Commission Sales Associate is expected to work independently, manage their schedule effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in technology or digital services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients remotely.
• Solid negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfort working on a commission-based compensation structure and maintaining motivation in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple leads and opportunities.
• Proficiency with online communication tools, CRM or sales tracking software, and basic productivity applications.
• Understanding of technology and digital solutions, with the ability to learn and explain Fekir Tech’s offerings clearly.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to providing a positive client experience.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly Arabic, are an advantage.
• Previous remote work experience and familiarity with virtual collaboration practices is beneficial.
