We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Remote Creative Designer to join our team. In this role, you will bridge artistic creativity with client consultation-understanding client needs, providing expert design advice, and translating concepts into production-ready designs for custom neon signs, promotional signages, and commercial print materials.

• Consult directly with clients remotely to understand their visions, requirements, and brand identity.
• Provide expert design recommendations and tailored creative solutions to clients.
• Conceptualize and produce eye-catching, custom designs for neon signages, outdoor/indoor advertising boards, and promotional print collateral.
• Prepare precise, production-ready artwork files optimized for manufacturing, cutting, and large-format printing.
• Manage revisions efficiently and collaborate closely with clients to deliver final outputs that exceed expectations.

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing neon signs, advertising boards, and print media.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong client communication and consulting skills with an ability to interpret brief requirements clearly.
• Knowledge of materials, production measurements, and print/fabrication prepress setups.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to operate independently in a remote setting.
