Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Specialist role based in Jeddah, Saudia Arabia. The Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products to support an excellent in-store experience. Day-to-day tasks include providing product demonstrations, answering questions, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records at the point of sale. The role also involves ensuring merchandise is well-presented, restocked, and aligned with visual standards, while keeping the store clean and organized. The Retail Sales Specialist collaborates with the team to meet sales targets, handle customer concerns promptly, and support promotional activities and inventory checks.

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Retail Sales and solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support repeat business.
• Candidates should possess comprehensive Product Knowledge and the ability to learn new product lines quickly to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Candidates should possess basic math and point-of-sale (POS) skills, along with attention to detail for handling cash, card payments, and receipts.
• Candidates should possess the ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays), and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should possess previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role; multilingual skills and familiarity with the jeddah retail market are considered an advantage.
