Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Riyadh. The Sales Associate will engage directly with customers in-store, providing product recommendations, styling guidance, and support to ensure a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable products, managing fittings and product availability, and handling sales transactions accurately. The role also involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring store cleanliness, monitoring inventory levels, and communicating customer feedback to the wider team. Sales Associates collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, support new product launches, and represent Aya’s brand values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally with diverse customers.
• Sales and retail skills, including product presentation, upselling and cross-selling, and confidence in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Basic point-of-sale and cash-handling skills, including comfort with retail systems and accurate transaction processing.
• Interest in fashion and styling, especially modest and trend-driven fashion relevant to GCC markets.
• High level of reliability, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer-facing roles
