المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ترجمة المواد المكتوبة مثل تقارير التدقيق والبيانات المالية والرسائل الإدارية والعروض التقديمية من الإنجليزية إلى العربية والعكس.
  • ضمان دقة الترجمة ووضوحها واتساقها مع الحفاظ على النبرة المهنية المطلوبة في مخرجات العملاء.
  • بناء فهم شخصي لرسالتنا وقيمنا واستكشاف فرص التأثير.
  • إظهار الالتزام القوي بالتعلم والتطوير الشخصي، والعمل كسفير للعلامة التجارية لجذب المواهب المتميزة.
  • فهم التوقعات وتحمل المسؤولية الشخصية للحفاظ على الأداء في المسار الصحيح.
  • التركيز على تطوير مهارات التواصل الفعال وبناء العلاقات.
  • فهم كيفية مساهمة العمل اليومي في أولويات الفريق والأعمال.
  • إظهار القدرة على تطبيق AI في سياق التدقيق لتحسين الكفاءة والجودة، بما يشمل أساسيات هندسة الاستعلامات (prompt engineering) وحل المشكلات المنظمة.
  • ممارسة الشك المهني عند استخدام مخرجات AI - التحقق من الدقة والاكتمال والملاءمة قبل الاستخدام في وثائق/أوراق عمل التدقيق.
  • فهم توقعات AI المسؤولة في الخدمات المهنية، بما يشمل اعتبارات الحوكمة والمخاطر والسرية وسلامة البيانات، واستخدام أدوات AI المعتمدة من الشركة (بما في ذلك أدوات Deloitte الخاصة عند الاقتضاء).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في اللغة الإنجليزية أو الترجمة أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مهنية مثبتة في الترجمة لمدة 2-3 سنوات، ويفضل في مجالات التدقيق أو التأكيد أو الخدمات المالية.
  • إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية مع مهارات كتابة وتدقيق لغوي ممتازة في كلتا اللغتين.
  • إجادة قوية لبرامج Microsoft Word وExcel وPowerPoint.
  • القدرة المثبتة على إدارة مواعيد تسليم متعددة وتقديم عمل عالي الجودة تحت الضغط.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات ترجمة دقيقة ومراجعة لغوية محترفة.
  • إجادة متقدمة للغتين العربية والإنجليزية في الكتابة والتحرير.
  • كفاءة عالية في استخدام Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • فهم أساسيات تطبيق AI في بيئة التدقيق والقدرة على استخدام أدوات AI المعتمدة.
  • مهارات الشك المهني والتحقق من صحة مخرجات AI.
  • معرفة بحوكمة AI والاعتبارات المتعلقة بالسرية وسلامة البيانات في الخدمات المهنية.
  • مهارات التواصل وبناء العلاقات والعمل ضمن فريق.

During Your Tenure As a Translator In Audit & Assurance, You Will Demonstrate And Develop Your Capabilities In The Following Areas

  • Translate written materials such as audit reports, financial statements, management letters, proposals, and presentations from English to Arabic and vice versa.
  • Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of translations while maintaining the professional tone required for client deliverables.

  • Understands responsible AI expectations in professional services, including governance/risk considerations, confidentiality and data integrity, and use of firm-approved AI tools (including Deloitte-specific tools where applicable).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Translation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven professional translation experience, preferably within audit, assurance, or financial services.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent writing and proofreading skills in both languages.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
