Role Description The Occupational Therapist at Soluk Center will provide client-centered assessment, treatment, and ongoing evaluation to support functional independence in daily activities. This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh involves developing individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical evaluations, documenting progress, educating clients and families on therapeutic strategies, and adjusting treatment plans based on outcomes and goals. The Occupational Therapist will also participate in case discussions, contribute to service improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and deliver individualized intervention plans.
• Knowledge of Medicine and related healthcare concepts to collaborate effectively with physicians and other clinical professionals.
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain treatment plans clearly and work collaboratively with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Experience or interest in Pediatrics, with competence in addressing developmental and functional needs of children.
• Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution and eligibility for relevant local licensing or registration.
• Experience in clinical or rehabilitation settings, preferably in multidisciplinary or specialized centers.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality care.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and engage respectfully with diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
