شركة مشاتل العاصمة الحديثة (Capital Modern Nurseries Co. Ltd) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة فني صيانة كهربائية (Electrician Maintenance Technician) في الرياض، السعودية. الوظيفة بنظام الدوام الكامل وفي موقع المشاريع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء مهام الصيانة الكهربائية وإصلاح المعدات والأنظمة المستخدمة في تنسيق الحدائق والري وتشغيل المرافق، وضمان استمراريتها بأمان.
- القيام بالفحوصات الدورية، تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية، وتنفيذ الصيانة التصحيحية والوقائية (corrective and preventive maintenance).
- دعم أنشطة الصيانة الصناعية في مواقع الشركة ومشاريعها.
- قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية (technical drawings) والمخططات الكهربائية.
- التنسيق مع المشرفين والفنيين الآخرين، وحفظ سجلات الصيانة الدقيقة.
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة وإجراءات الشركة، والتعاون مع فرق المشاريع لتقليل وقت التوقف عن العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في صيانة المعدات (Equipment Maintenance) والصيانة الصناعية (Industrial Maintenance)، مع خبرة في صيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية والآلات في البيئات التجارية أو الصناعية.
- مهارات في تشخيص الأعطال (Troubleshooting) والصيانة والإصلاح (Maintenance & Repair)، بما في ذلك القدرة على تحديد أسباب الأعطال وإجراء الإصلاحات الكهربائية الفعالة.
- مهارات في الصيانة الوقائية (Preventive Maintenance)، مع القدرة على تخطيط وتنفيذ الفحوصات والخدمات المجدولة لتقليل الأعطال وإطالة عمر المعدات.

- Relevant technical diploma or certification in electrical maintenance, industrial electricity, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards, use of testing and measuring tools, and ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics.
- Previous experience in facility, landscaping, or industrial projects, ideally within Saudi Arabia or the GCC, is an advantage.
