📢 WE’RE HIRING | Treasury Accountant

A reputable company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Treasury Accountant to join its Finance team immediately.

💼 Position: Treasury Accountant

📍 Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

⚡ Hiring: Immediate - Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia only

🏦 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

▪️ Manage and monitor the company’s bank accounts and maintain direct communication with banks.

▪️ Prepare and review bank reconciliations and monitor account balances and transactions.

▪️ Handle bank transfers, payments, collections, and other banking transactions.

▪️ Monitor banking facilities, services, and related financial arrangements.

▪️ Manage Letters of Credit (LCs) throughout the full cycle, from issuance/opening through settlement and closure.

▪️ Handle LC amendments, extensions, and related coordination with banks, suppliers, and internal departments.

▪️ Review LC documentation and ensure compliance with the applicable terms and conditions.

▪️ Manage and monitor Bank Guarantees, including issuance, amendments, extensions, and cancellations.

▪️ Record and review accounting entries related to banking transactions, LCs, and Bank Guarantees.

▪️ Monitor bank charges, commissions, and related expenses.

▪️ Prepare periodic reports covering bank balances, transactions, LCs, Bank Guarantees, and banking facilities.

▪️ Process, record, and monitor relevant financial and banking transactions through SAP.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS:

▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

▪️ Strong hands-on experience in Banking / Treasury operations.

▪️ Strong practical experience in Letters of Credit (LCs) - MANDATORY.

▪️ Good knowledge of Bank Guarantees and banking facilities.

▪️ Proven experience dealing directly with banks.

▪️ Good practical knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.

▪️ Good command of English, particularly in banking correspondence and documentation.

▪️ Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and coordination skills.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

▪️ Candidates must currently be based in Saudi Arabia.

▪️ Preference will be given to candidates based in the Eastern Province.

▪️ Candidates should be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
