About the Role

Responsibilities

• Teaching undergraduate courses.

• Conducting scientific research and academic publishing.

• Providing academic advising and student support.

• Participating in curriculum development and academic committees.

• Contributing to quality assurance and accreditation activities.

Qualifications

• PhD degree in a Business-related discipline from an accredited university.

Required Skills

• Strong English language proficiency (spoken and written).

• Previous university teaching experience.

Preferred Skills

• Research and publication background is preferred.

• Experience in NCAAA standards and academic quality assurance is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, and academic skills.
