Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Jeddah. The Social Media Content Creator will develop and publish daily content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels, including photos, short videos, stories, and captions that reflect WISTER’s brand and promotions. Responsibilities include planning content calendars, covering in-restaurant activities, coordinating with the operations and marketing teams, and responding to comments and messages to build community engagement. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, suggesting new content ideas and campaigns, and staying current with social media trends in the food and beverage industry.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media content creation, including photography, short-form video, and caption writing tailored to platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience with content planning and basic social media strategy, including scheduling posts, aligning content with promotions, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media analytics, with the ability to track engagement and suggest improvements based on performance data.
• Proficiency with common content creation tools and apps (e.g., mobile photo/video editing tools, Canva, or similar design applications).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, collaborate with restaurant staff, and capture real-time content in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong time-management skills to handle daily content production and deadlines.
• Previous experience in social media, content creation, or marketing for food, hospitality, or retail brands is an advantage.
