Alshayesh Real Estate Company is pleased to announce a job opportunity for the position of Project Manager to join the Project Management and Real Estate Development team in Riyadh.

About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s projects from the stage of receiving the drawings through to full project handover, while ensuring compliance with quality standards, approved budgets, project timelines, and regulatory requirements, in line with the company’s objectives and the efficient delivery of its projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project stages from receiving the drawings through to final handover.

• Monitor site execution and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and technical standards.

• Review Bills of Quantities BOQ, analyze quotations, and contribute to cost control.

• Apply Value Engineering principles to achieve the best balance between quality and cost.

• Manage contractors and consultants and monitor their performance in line with the approved scope of work and project schedules.

• Monitor project budgets, costs, payment certificates, and variation orders.

• Prepare periodic reports on project progress, completion percentages, risks, and challenges, and submit them to senior management.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with municipal requirements and applicable regulations.

• Review engineering drawings and coordinate between different disciplines before and during execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Saudi nationality.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing construction projects.

• Previous experience in managing or supervising real estate development projects within a real estate development company.

• Experience in managing contractors and consultants, and monitoring performance and quality of execution.

• Good knowledge of municipal requirements, the Saudi Building Code, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings and Bills of Quantities.
