تعلن شركة Koch عن توفر وظيفة مقدر ورشة ومهندس تخطيط (Shop Estimator and Planning Engineer) في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير تقديرات دقيقة وتوقعات ساعات عمل واستراتيجيات تنفيذ تدعم قرارات المشروع التجارية السليمة.
- بناء وصيانة خطط إنتاج تنسق المواد والموارد والقدرات وأولويات المشروع لتحقيق أداء تسليم موثوق.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لتحديد المخاطر وحل القيود ودعم تنفيذ المشروع بنجاح.
- تعزيز الرؤية والمساءلة من خلال جدولة التوقعات وتتبع التقدم والتخطيط الاستباقي للتعافي.
- دعم التميز التشغيلي عبر تحليل أداء التقديرات والجداول وتوثيق الدروس المستفادة وتحسين الدقة المستقبلية.
- تعزيز الإدارة المسؤولة من خلال دمج اعتبارات السلامة والجودة وإدارة المخاطر في أنشطة التخطيط.
- المساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز الإنتاجية وتقليل الهدر وتحسين أداء التصنيع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الصناعية أو التصنيع أو الإنتاج أو أي تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة في بيئات التصنيع للمشاريع الهندسية مثل التصنيع والمعدات الهندسية والنفط والغاز.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات وقوائم المواد ومتطلبات اللحام والفحص ومسارات التصنيع.
- معرفة منهجيات التقدير والتنبؤ بساعات العمل وتخطيط القدرات وهياكل تقسيم العمل وتحميل الموارد ومبادئ جدولة المشروعات.
- إتقان استخدام برامج Primavera P6 و/أو Microsoft Project، وExcel المتقدم، وأنظمة ERP/MRP.
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وتواصلية وتنسيقية قوية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في عمليات معدات الضغط أو أنظمة الاحتراق أو التصنيع الهيكلي أو الأنابيب أو اللحام أو التصنيع الآلي أو الطلاء أو التجميع أو الاختبار.
- معرفة منهجيات التصنيع الخالي من الهدر (Lean) والتحسين المستمر وإدارة القيمة المكتسبة (Earned Value Management) وممارسات التحكم في التكاليف.
- شهادات مهنية مثل APICS أو PMP أو PMI-SP أو AACE أو Primavera أو Lean Six Sigma أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن السوق الصناعي السعودي والبيئة التنظيمية.

What You Will Do
- Develop accurate estimates, labour forecasts, and execution strategies that support commercially sound project decisions
- Build and maintain production plans that align materials, resources, capacity, and project priorities to achieve reliable delivery performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve constraints, and support successful project execution
- Drive visibility and accountability through schedule forecasting, progress tracking, and proactive recovery planning
- Support operational excellence by analysing estimate and schedule performance, capturing lessons learned, and improving future accuracy
- Promote responsible stewardship by integrating safety, quality, and risk management considerations into planning activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve manufacturing performance
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Experience in fabrication, engineered equipment, oil and gas, or project-driven manufacturing environments
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, welding requirements, inspection requirements, and manufacturing routings
- Knowledge of estimating methodologies, labour-hour forecasting, capacity planning, work breakdown structures, resource loading, and project scheduling principles
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, advanced Excel, and ERP/MRP systems
- Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and coordination skills
- Experience with pressure equipment, combustion systems, structural fabrication, piping, welding, machining, coating, assembly, or testing operations
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, earned value management, and cost control practices
- APICS, PMP, PMI-SP, AACE, Primavera, Lean Six Sigma, or similar professional certifications
- Experience working within the Saudi industrial market and regulatory environment
