KUN Investment Holding (KIH) is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Associate to join our Finance team in Jeddah.

This is a hands-on finance role supporting multiple entities across the Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for payment processing, accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records in Odoo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process payment requests, invoices, and supporting documentation in accordance with internal approval requirements.

• Ensure transactions are accurately recorded and classified in Odoo, including analytical, project, and asset allocations.

• Prepare and review bank, intercompany, related-party, and advance reconciliations.

• Investigate and resolve unreconciled or outstanding financial items.

• Track advances, reimbursements, payments, and supporting documents through settlement and closure.

• Prepare monthly financial reports, payment and expense summaries, and support budget-versus-actual analysis.

• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

• Coordinate professionally with internal stakeholders across multiple entities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Approximately 7-9 years of relevant finance experience, preferably within a holding group, family office, diversified corporate group, or professional services environment.

• Strong hands-on experience in payment processing, bank reconciliations, advances, related-party balances, and audit support.

• Strong Odoo experience is required, including accounting entries, analytical accounting and allocations, reconciliations, document attachments, and multi-entity reporting.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Professional qualification or progress toward ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.

• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic.
