THE TEAM

As part of the Revenue Management team at Rosewood Red Sea, you will work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to support commercial decision-making and optimize the resort's revenue performance. Through data-driven analysis and market intelligence, you will help maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining Rosewood's ultra-luxury positioning.

YOUR ROLE

As Revenue Analyst, you will support the development and execution of revenue strategies through detailed analysis of market trends, business performance, forecasting, and pricing opportunities. You will provide valuable insights that help drive commercial decisions, optimize hotel performance, and support long-term revenue growth. Your analytical expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the success of one of the Kingdom's most exciting luxury hospitality destinations.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

Analyze business performance, booking trends, market demand, and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for hotel leadership.

Support pricing, inventory management, and revenue optimization strategies to maximize profitability.

Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations based on business trends and market conditions.

Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align commercial objectives and initiatives.

Maintain data accuracy across revenue management systems, reservation platforms, and reporting tools.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

You are a Saudi National.

You have experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related hospitality discipline.

You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working with data to drive business performance.

You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with reporting and revenue management systems.

You have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

You communicate confidently and can translate complex data into meaningful business insights for a variety of stakeholders.
