The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety and compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines.

They will develop and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety, conduct inspections, and identify hazards to reduce risks and ensure a safe working environment.

• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections
• Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures
• Conduct safety training sessions for employees and management
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure safe practices across operations
• Maintain documentation of safety protocols, inspections, and incident reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and sound judgment
