تفاصيل الوظيفة
يقدم مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث بالرياض وظيفة أخصائي طبي (Specialist Physician) لتقديم الرعاية الطبية في مجال التخصص والإشراف على المبتعثين والمقيمين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطبيق التقنيات والمبادئ الطبية تحت إشراف الاستشاري والتعامل مع مجموعة متنوعة من المرضى وتقديم الرعاية والتشجيع لهم.
- إبلاغ الاستشاري بأي مشاكل أو تناقضات قد تنشأ.
- الالتزام الصارم بلوائح الرعاية الطبية ومعايير السلامة.
- تقديم الرعاية والإدارة المطلوبة للمرضى في مجال التخصص وفقاً لمعايير الرعاية الطبية التي يحددها المستشفى وبناءً على طلب الاستشاري.
- دراسة وإجراء التقييم والفحص وجمع التاريخ المرضي للمريض والمساعدة في التشخيص والإدارة وفقاً للمعايير المذكورة في الأدلة التشخيصية.
- تدوين التاريخ الطبي التفصيلي، وإجراء الفحص السريري الشامل، ووضع خطة إدارة المريض ومتابعتها لمناقشتها مع الاستشاري، ثم تسجيل أوامر الاستشاري وملاحظات التقدم والمستندات الأخرى للمرضى الخارجيين.
- توفير التغطية المناوبة للتخصص بالتناوب خلال فترات المساء والليل وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
- التحضير والمشاركة في الجولات التخصصية للجناح وفقاً للسياسة، وتوثيق النتائج في السجلات الطبية.
- متابعة نتائج الفحوصات للمرضى الخارجيين وتعديل العلاج وفقاً لذلك.
- حضور العيادات التخصصية والعيادات الخارجية، والمشاركة في جدول المناوبات حسب المتطلبات.
- أداء أي مسؤوليات سريرية أخرى يتم تكليفه بها.
- تقديم التوجيه والتدريب بجانب السرير والإشراف على المبتعثين والمقيمين والزملاء حسب التكليف.
- مواكبة أحدث التقنيات والتطورات وخاصة في مجال التخصص، وتطبيقها بشكل انتقائي لتحسين المعايير الفنية.
- المشاركة في الأنشطة التعليمية والبرامج التدريبية للقسم.
- المشاركة في المؤتمرات الطبية الوطنية والدولية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- التخرج من كلية طب مصنفة جيداً، وإكمال فترة التدريب المطلوبة بعد التخرج في تخصص و/أو تخصص فرعي، مع شهادة البورد السعودي/الأمريكي أو الكندي/البريطاني أو ما يعادلها وفقاً لما تحدده لجنة مؤهلات الطاقم الطبي والامتيازات السريرية/المهنية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن أربع (4) سنوات من التدريب/ما بعد التدريب.
- يشترط أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.

Summary
Provides medical care in the field of specialty and supervises interns and residents, as requested by the Consultant and in accordance with current medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations and the Hospital’s policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Clinical Responsibilities
- Applies medical techniques and principles under the direction of Consultant and deals with a diverse set of patients offering them care and encouragement.
- Informs Consultant about any problems or discrepancies that might arise.
- Complies strictly with medical care regulations and safety standards.
- Provides required patient care and management in the field of speciality, in accordance with standards of medical care laid down by the Hospital, as requested by the Consultant. ? Studies and performs assessment, examination and the compilation of a case history and assists in the diagnosis and management of the patient in accordance with criteria listed in diagnostic manuals such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual.
- Registers detailed medical history, conducts a thorough physical examination and creates a plan for patient management and follows-up for discussion with the Consultant. Subsequently, records the Consultant’s orders, progress notes and other required documents for outpatients.
- Provides on-call coverage for their specialty on a rotational basis during evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Prepares for and participates in specialist ward rounds as per policy. Documents findings in medical records.
- Follows up on investigation results for outpatients and modifies treatment accordingly.
- Attends specialty clinics, outpatient clinics, and shares on on-call schedule as per requirements.
- Performs any other clinical responsibilities, as assigned.
Academic Responsibilities
- Provides orientation, bedside training and supervision of interns, residents and fellows as assigned.
- Keeps abreast of all the latest techniques and developments, especially in area of specialization. Implements them on a selective basis to improve technical standards.
- Participates in the educational activities and training programs of the Department.
- Participates in national and international medical conferences
Education
Graduation from a medical school in good standing, completion of required period of postgraduate training in a specialty and/or subspecialty, with Saudi/American Board or Canadian/UK certification, or equivalent as outlined by the Medical Staff Credentials & Clinical/Professional Privileges Committee.
Experience Required
At least four (4) years of Training/Post-Training Experience is required.
