We are looking for a creative and talented Content Creator to develop engaging, high-quality content that reflects the brand identity and attracts the target audience across social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and develop engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

* Plan, shoot, and edit photos and short-form videos, Reels, and Stories.

* Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with the brand strategy.

* Write engaging captions, scripts, and promotional copy.

* Cover events, workshops, classes, and brand activities through photo and video content.

* Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and design teams to execute content campaigns.

* Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles.

* Manage and maintain a content calendar and ensure timely content delivery.

* Monitor content performance and provide ideas for improving engagement and reach.

* Ensure all content maintains a consistent visual identity and professional brand image.

* Assist in developing campaigns and promotional materials when required.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

* Previous experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.

* Strong photography and videography skills.

* Proficiency in video and photo editing tools such as CapCut, Photoshop, or Adobe Premiere Pro & Canva.

* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

* Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

* Strong attention to detail and a good sense of visual aesthetics.

* A portfolio showcasing previous content creation work is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

* Experience in fashion, art, design, lifestyle, education, or creative industries .

* Ability to appear confidently on camera when required.

* Knowledge of current social media trends and algorithms.

* Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

* Ability to independently develop content ideas from concept to execution.
