Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for Elution Operators, Ball Mill & Gravity Operators, Dewatering Operators, and Gold Room Operators. Team members will operate and monitor processing equipment, including ball mills, gravity circuits, elution columns, dewatering systems, and gold room equipment, to ensure safe and efficient production. Daily tasks include setting operating parameters, recording process data, performing routine inspections, and responding to alarms or deviations to maintain product quality and plant performance. Operators will follow standard operating procedures, adhere to safety and environmental regulations, support preventive maintenance activities, and collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to optimize throughput and recovery. The role also involves participating in shift handovers, training initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts within the processing plant.
Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in milling and machining, with practical experience operating and adjusting mineral processing equipment.
• Knowledge of quality control practices to monitor process performance, sample materials, and ensure compliance with production standards.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, including basic equipment checks, reporting defects, and supporting maintenance schedules.
• Ability to participate in and provide training, sharing operational knowledge and following structured learning programs.
• Previous experience in gold processing, mineral processing, or heavy industrial operations is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations, with a strong commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, perform physically demanding tasks, and operate in a plant environment.
• Relevant technical diploma or vocational qualification in mining, metallurgy, mechanical, or industrial operations is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
