Role Purpose

Noble Horizon is expanding its business portfolio in Saudi Arabia with the launch of Art of Cardz (AOC) in Riyadh.

AOC is a specialized Trading Card Game (TCG), collectibles, and hobby retail concept, bringing together retail, e-commerce, trading cards, graded collectibles, accessories, organized play, and community experiences.

Through AOC Riyadh, Noble Horizon is building a destination for collectors, players, and TCG enthusiasts while establishing a strong and professionally managed retail operation in the Kingdom.

We are looking for talented individuals to join Noble Horizon’s AOC team in Riyadh and contribute to the growth of this exciting new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain punctuality and uphold a professional work ethic.
• Adhere to established processes and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Open and close the store in coordination with the team, ensuring all assigned areas (Trading Cave, bulks, back office, trash bins, snacks area) are clean and ready for operation.
• Welcome and assist customers with product knowledge, enthusiasm, and professionalism-particularly with Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and other TCG products.
• Accurately process sales transactions-including cash, card, and digital payments-via the POS system. Ensure to log in and out of your personal POS account when not handling cashier duties.
• Replenish product displays and ensure VM (Visual Merchandising) standards are followed.
• Assist with pricing and re-pricing of products using TCG-approved pricing tools and applications.
• Assist Storekeeper with monthly inventory counts.
• Maintain tidiness and order on the sales floor and in the trading cave including restocking items and ensuring the snack area and cashier counter are presentable.
• Support the execution of in-store events, weekend tournaments, and special campaigns.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed, including end-of-day cash reconciliation.
• Inform management on key community developments/ requirements from the TCG community.
• Support social media management and content creation, as needed.
• Perform additional business-related duties as assigned from time to time.
• Maintain proper attire by wearing the designated AOC uniform during working hours.

Educational & Qualification Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
• Passion for TCG products is a strong advantage
• Basic proficiency in POS systems and mobile apps
