المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة المنتجات طوال دورة حياتها ومتابعة خرائط التطوير والتحديثات
- فهم إمكانيات المنتجات وحالات الاستخدام والمتطلبات
- الحفاظ على التواصل مع البائعين وشركاء التقنية
- تنسيق العروض التوضيحية وإثباتات المفاهيم والتدريب والدعم الفني
- دعم فرق ما قبل البيع والتقنية في التوافق والتكامل بين المنتجات
- المساعدة في الاختبار وإثباتات المفاهيم والمصادقة على المنتجات
- تقديم الدعم الفني والمنتجات لفرق المبيعات وما قبل البيع
- دعم العروض التقديمية والعروض التوضيحية والرد على طلبات العروض والمناقصات ومقارنات الحلول
- توفير المعرفة والتدريب والموارد المتعلقة بالمنتجات للفرق الداخلية
- الحفاظ على توثيق المنتجات والعروض التقديمية والأسئلة الشائعة
- مراقبة اتجاهات السوق والمنافسين والتقنيات الناشئة
- تحديد منتجات وشراكات وفرص تحسين جديدة للمنتجات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، تقنية المعلومات، هندسة الحاسب، الاتصالات، أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة من 1-3 سنوات في إدارة المنتجات، إدارة الحلول، تحليل الأعمال، أو دور تقني مشابه
- خبرة سابقة في العمل مع البائعين أو شركاء التقنية (يفضل)

ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking highly motivated, experienced, and strategic-thinking to join our team in the banking industry. We are looking for a Product Specialist to manage and develop a portfolio of technology products and solutions across AI, IoT, Video Analytics, Security, and Smart Solutions.
The role will act as a bridge between vendors and partners, Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Development, and Support, with a focus on product evaluation, vendor management, integrations, and internal product enablement.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Manage products throughout their lifecycle and track roadmaps and updates
- Understand product capabilities, use cases, and requirements
- Maintain communication with vendors and technology partners
- Coordinate demos, POCs, training, and technical support
- Support Presales and technical teams with product compatibility and integration
- Assist with testing, POCs, and product validation
- Provide product and technical support to Sales and Presales teams
- Support presentations, demos, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution comparisons
- Provide product knowledge, training, and resources to internal teams
- Maintain product documentation, presentations, and FAQs
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Identify new products, partnerships, and product improvement opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Management, Business Analysis, or a similar technology-focused role
- Experience working with vendors or technology partners is preferred
