تعلن شركة Huntsman Corporation عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير السلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة (EHS Manager) في موقعها التصنيعي بالدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى المرشح مسؤولية قيادة وتحسين أنشطة الامتثال البيئي وسلامة العمليات والصحة والسلامة المهنية في الموقع، مع ضمان التوافق مع معايير EHS العالمية لشركة Huntsman وثقافة "صفر ضرر". سيكون عضوًا نشطًا في شبكة EHS الأوسع للشركة، ويعمل بشكل وثيق مع خبراء الموضوع العالميين ومركز التميز في EHS. نبحث عن قائد EHS واثق ومؤثر ومستقل قادر على تحدي الوضع الراهن وتعزيز ثقافة سلامة قوية وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة على جميع مستويات المؤسسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تنفيذ نظام إدارة EHS في الموقع وتحسينه باستمرار، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير الداخلية والمتطلبات القانونية.
- العمل كقائد EHS أساسي ونقطة اتصال لشؤون البيئة والصحة والسلامة وسلامة العمليات.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح البيئية والسلامة المهنية وسلامة العمليات، والحفاظ على الجاهزية للتفتيش والتدقيق التنظيمي.
- دفع تنفيذ استراتيجية "صفر ضرر" في Huntsman وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة من خلال القيادة المرئية وإشراك الموظفين.
- قيادة تحليلات مخاطر العمليات (PHA) وتقييمات المخاطر وأنشطة تحديد المخاطر، وضمان التخفيف الفعال وإغلاق الإجراءات.
- دعم برامج سلامة العمليات الرئيسية، بما في ذلك إدارة التغيير (MOC) ومراجعات السلامة قبل بدء التشغيل (PSSR) وممارسات العمل الآمن.
- قيادة تحقيقات الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة، وضمان تحليل قوي للأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية ومشاركة الدروس المستفادة.
- الإشراف على برامج السلامة الحرجة بما في ذلك تصريح العمل، الإغلاق/الوسم (LOTO)، سلامة المقاولين، دخول الأماكن المغلقة، العمل على المرتفعات، وضوابط التعامل مع المواد الكيميائية.
- مراقبة الأداء البيئي وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الإبلاغ وإدارة النفايات والانبعاثات ومنع التلوث.
- تقديم برامج تدريب وتوعية وتوجيه في EHS للموظفين والمقاولين لتعزيز المساءلة والسلوكيات الآمنة.
- إعداد وتوصيل تقارير أداء EHS وتحديثات الامتثال والمخاطر الرئيسية وخطط العمل إلى قيادة الموقع وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو الهندسة البيئية أو الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال EHS داخل بيئات التصنيع الكيميائي أو البتروكيماوي أو النفط والغاز أو غيرها من بيئات التصنيع عالية الخطورة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (إلزامي)؛ مهارات اللغة العربية مفضلة.
- شهادة OSHA أو NEBOSH أو IOSH أو شهادة EHS معترف بها دوليًا مماثلة.
- يفضل أن يكون المرشح من مواطني المملكة العربية السعودية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في دور قيادي مستقل في EHS.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمجالات EHS وسلامة العمليات وإدارة المخاطر والامتثال البيئي.
- خبرة مثبتة في دفع ثقافة السلامة وبرامج EHS ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.

Role Responsibilities
As a EHS Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the site's EHS Management System, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable legal requirements.
- Act as the site's primary EHS leader and focal point for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Process Safety matters.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, occupational safety, and process safety regulations, maintaining readiness for regulatory inspections and audits.
- Drive the implementation of Huntsman's Zero Harm strategy and strengthen the site's safety culture through visible leadership and employee engagement.
- Lead Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), risk assessments, and hazard identification activities, ensuring effective mitigation and closure of actions.
- Support key process safety programs, including Management of Change (MOC), Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR), and safe work practices.
- Lead incident and near-miss investigations, ensuring robust root cause analysis, implementation of corrective actions, and sharing of lessons learned.
- Oversee critical safety programs including Permit to Work, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), contractor safety, confined space entry, work at height, and chemical handling controls.
- Monitor environmental performance and ensure compliance with reporting, waste management, emissions, and pollution prevention requirements.
- Deliver EHS training, coaching, and awareness programs to employees and contractors to reinforce accountability and safe behaviors.
- Prepare and communicate EHS performance reports, compliance updates, key risks, and action plans to site leadership and relevant stakeholders.
We are looking for experienced candidates with hands-on EHS experience
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years of EHS experience within chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, or other high-hazard manufacturing environments.
- Fluent English required; Arabic language skills are preferred
- Strong knowledge of EHS, Process Safety, Risk Management, and Environmental Compliance.
- Proven experience driving safety culture, EHS programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
- Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a standalone EHS leadership role.
- OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent internationally recognized EHS certification.
- Experience with Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Management of Change (MOC), and Process Safety Management (PSM) is preferred.
- Saudi Arabian nationals are preferred
