تعلن شركة Mars عن توفر وظيفة Material Handler (مسؤول مناولة المواد) في مكة المكرمة - مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية. ستعمل ضمن فريق متناوب وتكون مسؤولاً عن نقل وتخزين ومناولة المواد بأمان وكفاءة داخل المستودع وخطوط الإنتاج، مع ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة وسلامة الأغذية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم تشغيل جميع معدات مناولة المواد (MHE) في المناطق المحددة (المستودع والإنتاج) وفقاً لإرشادات السلامة.
  • الالتزام بنسبة 100% بجميع لوائح السلامة والتدريبات المطلوبة، وإبلاغ الحوادث أو المخاطر الجسيمة (PSIF) والعمل على إغلاقها بفعالية.
  • اتباع قواعد فريق الطوارئ، وضمان مطابقة المواد الخام والتغليف لمواصفات الجودة والسلامة (Q&FS) مع الفحص البصري عند الحاجة.
  • الالتزام بممارسات التصنيع الجيدة (GMP-GHP) بنسبة 100% في جميع مناطق التشغيل، والحفاظ على نظام 5S وتحديد حدود الأرضيات.
  • إجراء الفحص الدوري لبطاريات معدات مناولة المواد وكابلاتها ووصلات الشحن، والتحقق من أنشطة التنظيف في المستودع وفق خطة التنظيف الرئيسية.
  • إبلاغ قائد فريق الإنتاج عن أي خلل في المواد، وإبلاغ فريق الجودة بملاحظات عدم المطابقة (NCR) وتسجيلها في النظام (NEXUS) ومتابعة الإغلاق.
  • التنسيق مع المستودعات الخارجية بخصوص جدول الرحلات وحالة المواد المطلوبة، ومراجعة خطة الإنتاج اليومية/الأسبوعية ومتابعة التغييرات في كل وردية.
  • تطوير/تحديث إجراءات التشغيل المعيارية (SOPs) لعمليات استلام وتوزيع المواد، وتنسيق العمل مع مسؤولي المناولة في الورديات الأخرى وضمان تدفق المعلومات.
  • تعيين المهام لمشغلي معدات مناولة المواد ومسؤولي المناولة في مناطق الاستلام والتوزيع والحركة بين المستودع وخطوط الإنتاج.
  • الإبلاغ عن الانحرافات في المخزون ومستويات التخزين، والاستخدام المناسب لأنظمة PDLS للحركات اليومية، وضمان تطبيق مبدأ FIFO وإدارة بليتات FIFO.
  • إعادة المواد المرفوضة والتأكد من تطابق الكمية المادية مع النظام (SAP)، وإجراء الجرد الأسبوعي/الدوري/السنوي وإعداد تقارير الإغلاق.
  • إعداد تقارير NQC للمراجعات الأسبوعية، والتعاون مع الزملاء للتحكم في المخزون وتصحيح الانحرافات فوراً، وإجراء تمرين التتبع عند الحاجة.
  • حل أخطاء النظام (SAP) يومياً، وضمان إبلاغ مشكلات الوردية بشكل مناسب عبر دورة FMOS، وحضور تسليم الوردية ونقل المعلومات للمقاولين.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات حل المشكلات الخاصة بإدارة المواد وعمليات المستودع، وضمان فرز النفايات ونقلها للمنطقة المخصصة وفق لوائح السلامة.
  • التنسيق لتحميل وتفريغ الشاحنات، وضمان دقة وفي الوقت المناسب لشحنات المنتج النهائي، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لحركة المواد ومستويات المخزون وفحوصات السلامة.
  • إعداد تقارير للإدارة والامتثال التنظيمي، والعمل مع أقسام اللوجستيات والإنتاج ومراقبة الجودة لضمان تدفق المواد السلس وحل المشكلات.
  • إدارة مستهلكات المنطقة المخصصة وتقليل استخدامها، ودعم مبادرات الاستدامة في المصنع، والمشاركة في أنشطة التحسين المستمر مثل أحداث كايزن وورش العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • حاصل على مؤهل GCSE أو أعلى (أو ما يعادله).
  • خبرة في صناعة السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG) أو عمليات المصانع (مرغوب فيها).
  • تدريب أو خبرة في أنظمة SAP/PDLS وحل المشكلات (ميزة إضافية).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
  • مهارات في استخدام أنظمة SAP وPDLS (ميزة إضافية).

Job Description

Principles Accountabilities

  • Support in operating all MHEs in designated areas (WH and production) as per safety guidelines.
  • 100% Adherence to all required safety regulations and trainings.
  • Escalate safety incidents or PSIF and ensure effective closure for all SIF/PSIF in assigned area.
  • Follow emergency team rules.
  • Ensure all R&P match the Q&FS specs and perform visual inspection as appropriate.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to GMP-GHP in all operations areas. Maintain 5S and floor demarcation.
  • Perform periodic inspection on all MHEs batteries, cables and charging extensions.
  • Verify all cleaning activities in warehouse area done following the master cleaning plan.
  • Escalate any abnormalities related to materials to production team leader/SPT.
  • Escalate NCR to Q&FS team, raise it in system (NEXUS) and ensure effective closure and collaboration with Q&FS team.
  • Coordinate with external warehouses the trips schedule and call-off materials status.
  • Review the daily/weekly production plan and follow up the changes on shift base.
  • Develop/update the SOPs for operations in goods in/goods out areas.
  • Coordinate the work with material handlers in other shifts and ensure proper flow of information related to materials and FG.
  • Assign tasks to MHE operators and material handlers as appropriate in inbound, outbound and materials movements between warehouse and production lines.
  • Escalate deviations in inventory and stock level to production team leader/SPT.
  • Appropriate use of PDLS for daily movements of R&P and FG.
  • Ensure FIFO is followed for R&P and FG. Manage FIFO pallets visualization.
  • Return materials and ensure physical qty matching the system (SAP).
  • Perform weekly/periodical and yearly inventory and carry out period closing tasks and reporting.
  • Prepare NQC reports for weekly reviews.
  • Collaborate with peers and other material handlers to control the inventory and stock level and correct deviations on spot.
  • Perform traceability exercise when needed (for all material and FG).
  • Resolve system errors (SAP) on daily bases.
  • Ensure daily/shift issues escalated properly using FMOS cycle.
  • Attend shift handover and convey information to area contractors.
  • Attend CP0/CP2 and escalate deviations.
  • Participate in problem solving meetings related to materials management and warehouse operations.
  • Ensure waste are segregated properly and moved to designated area following safety team regulations.
  • Coordinate the trucks loading/unloading. Ensure FG dispatches are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of material movement, inventory levels, and safety inspections. Prepare reports for management and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as logistics, production, and quality control, to ensure smooth material flow and resolve any issues.
  • Manage assigned area consumables and drive usage reduction.
  • Support sustainability initiatives in the factory.
  • Participate in MSE, continuous improvement activities e.g. Kaizen event, and VL workshop.

The job holder is responsible for the warehouse area daily operations, adherence to safety, quality and food safety and comply with Mars policies and regulations. The job holder is also responsible for all system material movements (SAP, WMS, PDLS, PPM, etc.) during the shift. . What are we looking for? Educated to GCSE level or above good English verbal and written skills. Experience in the FMCG / Factory Operations industry desirable.
