شركة FAENA، ضمن مشروعها التوسعي في المملكة العربية السعودية (The Red Sea)، تعلن عن حاجتها لوظيفة نجار (Carpenter). تتولى الوظيفة مسؤولية تنفيذ أعمال النجارة والصيانة والإصلاح والتركيب في جميع أرجاء الفندق، لضمان احتفاظ الأثاث والأبواب والتركيبات الخشبية بأعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة والمظهر، دعماً لعمليات الفندق وتجربة الضيوف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال إصلاح وصيانة وتركيب وتعديل النجارة في جميع أنحاء الفندق.
- إصلاح وصيانة الأبواب والأقفال والإطارات والخزائن والأثاث والرفوف والفواصل والتركيبات الخشبية الأخرى.
- فحص الأثاث والتركيبات والمنشآت الخشبية لتحديد التلف أو العيوب أو متطلبات الصيانة.
- تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وفقاً للجداول الزمنية وأوامر العمل المحددة.
- الاستجابة الفورية لطلبات الصيانة من غرف الضيوف والمناطق العامة والمكاتب والمناطق الخلفية.
- قياس وقص وتشكيل وتجميع وتركيب وتشطيب الخشب والمواد الأخرى وفقاً للمواصفات المطلوبة.
- إصلاح وترميم الأثاث والعناصر الخشبية الزخرفية مع الحفاظ على معايير جودة ومظهر الفندق.
- تركيب وضبط الأبواب والمفصلات والأقفال والمقابض والخزائن والرفوف والتركيبات ذات الصلة.
- قراءة واتباع الرسومات والقياسات والتعليمات الفنية ومواصفات العمل عند الحاجة.
- استخدام الأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية ومعدات النجارة بأمان وبشكل صحيح.
- ضمان أن جميع الأعمال المنجزة تتوافق مع معايير الجودة والسلامة والتشغيل الخاصة بالفندق.
- الحفاظ على الأدوات والمعدات والمواد ومناطق العمل نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة.
- مراقبة مواد النجارة وقطع الغيار والإبلاغ عن احتياجات إعادة التزويد عند الضرورة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة والإصلاح المنجزة.
- التنسيق مع أعضاء فريق الهندسة الآخرين وأقسام الفندق أثناء تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة.
- دعم مشاريع الفندق والتجديدات والتركيبات والمتطلبات التشغيلية عند الحاجة.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والوقاية من الحرائق.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من إدارة الهندسة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل تقني أو مهني في النجارة أو الأعمال الخشبية أو حرفة ذات صلة (يفضل).
- خبرة سابقة كنجار أو في دور صيانة مماثل.
- يفضل خبرة في الفنادق أو المنتجعات أو العقارات السكنية أو المرافق الكبيرة.
- معرفة جيدة بتقنيات النجارة والمواد والأدوات والمعدات.
- خبرة في إصلاح الأثاث وتركيبه وأعمال التشطيب.
- فهم أساسي لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة في مكان العمل.
- القدرة على العمل بساعات مرنة تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية والمناوبات حسب متطلبات تشغيل الفندق.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في النجارة والأعمال الخشبية.
- معرفة جيدة بأدوات النجارة ومعداتها وموادها.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Carpenter is responsible for carrying out carpentry, repair, maintenance, and installation works throughout the hotel. The role ensures that furniture, doors, fixtures, fittings, and other wooden elements are maintained to the highest standards of quality, safety, and appearance, supporting both hotel operations and the overall guest experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry repairs, maintenance, installation, and modification works throughout the hotel.
- Repair and maintain doors, locks, frames, cabinets, furniture, shelving, partitions, and other wooden fixtures.
- Inspect furniture, fixtures, and wooden installations to identify damage, defects, or maintenance requirements.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to established schedules and work orders.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms, public areas, offices, and back-of-house areas.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, install, and finish wood and other materials according to required specifications.
- Repair and restore furniture and decorative wooden elements while maintaining hotel quality and appearance standards.
- Install and adjust doors, hinges, locks, handles, cabinets, shelving, and related fittings.
- Read and follow drawings, measurements, technical instructions, and work specifications when required.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and correctly.
- Ensure all completed work meets hotel quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
- Monitor carpentry materials and spare parts and report replenishment requirements when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance and repair activities.
- Coordinate with other Engineering team members and hotel departments when carrying out maintenance work.
- Support hotel projects, renovations, installations, and operational requirements when needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and fire prevention procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Engineering management.
- Technical or vocational qualification in Carpentry, Woodworking, or a related trade is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Carpenter or in a similar maintenance role.
- Experience within hotels, resorts, residential properties, or large facilities is preferred.
- Good knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Experience in furniture repair, installation, and finishing works.
- Basic understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts, as required by hotel operations.
