تعلن شركة ETAP Software عن توفر وظيفة مهندس أنظمة الطاقة والأتمتة (Power Management & Automation Commissioning Engineer) في فرعها بالظهران، المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك للعمل بدوام كامل في مجال تشغيل واختبار أنظمة إدارة الطاقة والميكروغريد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة عمليات التشغيل والتكوين لأنظمة إدارة الطاقة (PMS) وأنظمة إدارة الطاقة (EMS) ووحدات التحكم في محطات الطاقة (PPC) ووحدات التحكم في الميكروغريد (MGC).
- تنفيذ وضبط وحدة التحكم في محطات الطاقة (PPC Controller).
- تكوين وتشغيل أنظمة التحكم في تخزين الطاقة بالبطاريات (BESS) بما في ذلك إدارة حالة الشحن (SOC) وجدولة الشحن/التفريغ وتحسين التوزيع الهجين.
- تصميم وتنفيذ وتشغيل أنظمة الأتمتة الكهربائية لتطبيقات النفط والغاز والصناعة والمرافق.
- برمجة وتكوين أنظمة PLC/RTU لتطبيقات إدارة الطاقة.
- إعداد وتنسيق وتنفيذ اختبارات القبول في المصنع (FAT) مع مصنعي المعدات.
- قيادة اختبارات القبول في الموقع (SAT) وفقًا لنماذج وإجراءات العميل المعتمدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في تكوين واختبار بروتوكولات الاتصال المتعددة مثل Modbus RTU/TCP و IEC 61850 (MMS, GOOSE) و DNP3 و IEC 60870-5-101/103/104.
- القدرة على تطبيق إجراءات الأمن السيبراني وفقًا لمعيار IEC 62351 وأفضل الممارسات في المجال.
- خبرة عملية في استخدام منصات برمجية متعددة مثل Codesys وأدوات IEC 61131 الخاصة بـ PLC.
- يجب على جميع المتقدمين الناجحين اجتياز فحص خلفي شامل قبل بدء العمل، يشمل إثبات المؤهلات التعليمية والتحقق من تاريخ التوظيف وإثبات التصريح بالعمل والسجلات الجنائية والتحقق من الهوية والفحص الائتماني (حسب القوانين المحلية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- قطع الأحمال: UFLS، UVLS، القطع حسب الأولوية، القطع السريع للأحمال، تسلسلات الاستعادة.
- التحكم بالمولدات: التزامن، مشاركة الأحمال، تقليل الذروة (Peak shaving)، البدء الأسود (Black start)، وضع الجزيرة (Island mode).
- موازنة الطاقة: التوزيع الاقتصادي، الاحتياطي الدوار، التحكم في الاستيراد/التصدير، واجهة AGC.
- PPC/الطاقة المتجددة: التحكم في القدرة النشطة/التفاعلية، استجابة التردد، FRT، توزيع BESS.
- الامتثال لشبكة الكهرباء: استجابة التردد، التحكم في الجهد، FRT، جودة الطاقة، اختبار الامتثال.
- تنسيق الحماية: تنسيق المرحلات مع PMS، عطل القاطع، مخططات حماية الحافلات.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commissioning and configuration of Power Management Systems (PMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), Power Plant Controllers (PPC), and Microgrid Controllers (MGC)
- Implement and tune PPC controller.
- Configure and commission Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) control including SOC management, charge/discharge scheduling, and hybrid dispatch optimization.
- Design, implement, and commission Power Automation systems for Oil & Gas, Industrial, and Utility applications.
- Program and configure PLC/RTU systems for power management applications.
- Prepare, coordinate, and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with equipment manufacturers
- Lead Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) as per approved client formats and procedures
- Configure and test multiple communication protocols including Modbus RTU/TCP, IEC 61850 (MMS, GOOSE), DNP3, and IEC 60870-5-101/103/104.
- Implement cybersecurity measures as per IEC 62351 and industry best practices
- Software Tool hands on experience on multiple software platform such as Codesys, IEC 61131 PLC Tools.
