المهام والمسؤوليات

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction reporting, commission calculations, payment execution, and regulatory compliance, while acting as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Developers, and Product teams. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Operations & Payments Specialist to oversee the financial operations of our real estate business. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction reporting, commission calculations, payment execution, and regulatory compliance, while acting as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Developers, and Product teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple priorities, and enjoys bringing structure to operational complexity.
The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
- Own the operational P&L by ensuring all real estate transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported.
- Validate transaction documentation to ensure deals meet operational, financial, and compliance requirements before processing.
- Calculate and verify all deal-related financials, including agent commissions, company revenue, referral fees, and other payment components.
- Coordinate with real estate developers to track payment milestones, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely collection and completion of payments.
- Partner with the Finance team to manage the weekly commission payment cycle, ensuring agents are paid accurately and on schedule.
- Lead Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance processes by ensuring all transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for payment-related matters, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Developers, and Product teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor operational performance, maintain high standards of data integrity, and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting.
- Support the implementation of operational improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and external partners.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with financial data and calculations.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate people, align stakeholders, and drive execution across functions.
- Experience in operations, finance, payments, commissions, or real estate transaction management is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of AML/KYC compliance requirements and operational controls is an advantage.
