Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support organizational development initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Develop, review, and maintain accurate job descriptions for all positions across the organization.
• Conduct job analysis and ensure roles, responsibilities, qualifications, and reporting structures are clearly defined.
• Support organizational structure reviews and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain job titles, job families, grades, and organizational charts as required.
• Partner with department heads and managers to identify organizational and workforce development needs.
• Support performance management, competency frameworks, and talent development initiatives.
• Conduct HR data analysis and prepare reports and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and organizational practices are aligned with business requirements.
• Support various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to Organizational Development.
• Proven experience in job analysis and job description development.
• Good understanding of organizational structures, job evaluation, competency frameworks, and HR practices.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
