Sila Al Warraq is looking for an experienced Printing & Sticker Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in printing, sticker production, vinyl applications, and finishing works, with the ability to operate printing and cutting equipment while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Execute and follow up on various printing jobs according to customer requirements.
• Prepare and produce stickers and labels of different types.
• Handle vehicle stickers, storefronts, glass applications, wrapping, and branding projects.
• Work with Vinyl, Cutting Sticker, and promotional labels.
• Operate and monitor printing, cutting, and Plotter machines according to the available equipment.
• Prepare files for printing and cutting, ensuring accurate sizes and quantities before production.
• Produce banners, flex, stickers, posters, brochures, business cards, and other printed materials.
• Perform finishing works, including cutting, creasing, wrapping, binding, installation, and application, as required.
• Install stickers professionally on glass, signboards, vehicles, and various surfaces.
• Inspect print quality, colors, and final products to ensure they are free from defects before delivery.
• Monitor material usage and minimize waste.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and a clean, organized work area.
• Meet delivery deadlines and maintain consistent quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to complete orders according to priorities.

• Previous experience in printing presses, signage, or advertising companies.
• Good experience in sticker production, labels, and vinyl applications.
• Experience operating printing, cutting, and Plotter machines.
• Good knowledge of different printing materials and their applications.
• Ability to prepare files for printing and cutting.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW is an advantage.
• Experience in sticker installation, vehicle wrapping, glass, or storefront applications is an added advantage.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Good discipline, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and interact professionally with customers when required.
