🚗 Hiring: Associate Technician - After Sales Quality Control | Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Automotive After Sales / Quality Control Technician to join a leading automotive organization in Saudi Arabia.

Important: This opportunity is specifically for India candidates who are currently residing and working in Saudi Arabia and have a relevant Automotive Technical educational background.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic quality inspections of vehicle repairs

• Conduct test drives, drivability assessments and comeback evaluations

• Monitor Fixed Right First Time (FRFT) performance and reduce repeat repairs

• Review Repair Orders for accurate diagnosis, job descriptions and documentation

• Identify incomplete or incorrect repairs and provide technical feedback to technicians

• Maintain Quality Control logs and prepare non-FRFT analysis reports

• Provide technical and diagnostic support to workshop technicians

• Support job allocation based on technician skills and workload

• Monitor service campaign completion and warranty compliance

• Ensure adherence to automotive after-sales and workshop quality standards

• Escalate technical issues and workshop concerns to management

🔹 Candidate Requirements

Education - Mandatory

• Technical Diploma in Automotive Service Technology, Automotive Technology, Auto Electrical Technology or a related automotive technical qualification from a recognized institution.

Experience - Mandatory

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on automotive experience

• Strong experience in automotive diagnostics, servicing and repairs

• Relevant experience in dealership / workshop / automotive after-sales operations will be highly preferred

• Experience in quality control, vehicle inspection, diagnostics or repair validation will be an advantage
